With our continued expansion, we are looking for a reliable and proactive Personal Assistant / Shop Assistant to support ownership and help keep daily operations running smoothly.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Personal Assistant who can support the owner with administrative, operational, and social media tasks. This is a hands-on role inside a busy shop, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can multitask, and takes initiative.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Shop Support

  • Assist the owner with daily administrative tasks and scheduling
  • Place and track orders for parts, supplies, and shop materials
  • Follow up on vendor requests, quotes, and deliveries
  • Help prepare customer paperwork, receipts, and documentation
  • Maintain organization of office, front counter, and shop areas
  • Support special projects and tasks as assigned

Social Media & Marketing

  • Capture photos and videos of builds, installs, and shop activity
  • Create and post engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
  • Track engagement and help grow social media presence
  • Assist with flyers, promotions, and event postings

Customer & Team Interaction

  • Greet customers and assist with basic front-counter support when needed
  • Communicate professionally with vendors, customers, and staff
  • Help ensure smooth daily shop flow and support team needs throughout the day

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Experience with social media content creation (Instagram reels, stories, TikTok, etc.)
  • Comfortable working in a shop environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Basic computer skills (email, scheduling, Google Drive, etc.)
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Automotive interest is a plus, but not required

Schedule & Compensation

  • Full-time position (Monday–Friday)
  • Pay based on experience
  • Growth opportunities as the company continues expanding

Pay: $ $25.00 per hour
