Schedule: Thursday–Monday, 4:00 PM–12:00 AM
Pay Rate: $16.50/hour

We are seeking a reliable and professional Unarmed Concierge Security Officer to support a multi-environment office concierge setting. The ideal candidate will combine strong security awareness with excellent customer service skills, creating a safe and welcoming atmosphere for all visitors, residents, and personnel.

• Provide a polished concierge presence at building entrances and lobbies
• Deliver exceptional customer service to visitors, residents, and staff
• Maintain access control and follow established security procedures
• Monitor surveillance systems and report unusual or suspicious activity
• Conduct routine patrols and maintain situational awareness at all times
• Enforce site policies and support a secure, orderly environment
• Respond professionally to inquiries, requests, and incidents
• Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, and emergency responders

• Previous security experience required (concierge experience strongly preferred)
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to remain attentive, calm, and composed in all situations
• Must be able to stand, walk, and conduct patrols as needed
• Must pass a background check
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work the scheduled shifts
