Chi'Lantro is hiring a Crew Lead In this position, you fulfill our guests' inspiration by working to produce high quality food that exceeds their expectations. Your dedication to creating Korean BBQ inspired dishes will play an integral role in providing great customer service while still adhering to high food safety standards.

What You Do
- Greet every guest as they enter our restaurant.
- Maintain an extremely detailed level of cleanliness in the kitchen and dining area.
- Prepare ingredients according to restaurant recipes.
- Connect our brand while taking the guests' order.
- Assemble menu items according to specifications of the company and the guest.
- Assume responsibly for the quality and presentation of each and every item served.
- Deliver the Chi'Lantro experience while serving guests.
- Act as manager on duty in the absence of General Manager.
- Place orders for food, beverage, and other supplies as needed.
- Communicate with Crew Members effectively to ensure great customer service, impeccable cleanliness of our restaurant, and high-quality food.
- Take initiative to be a positive role model and leader to crew.
