Night Auditor

The Night Auditor is responsible for performing daily closing tasks and audit; identifying discrepancies; posting charges, running and distributing daily reports, breakfast setup. The Night Auditor also oversees the Front Desk during third shift.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Complete Night Audit in an accurate and timely manner
• Complete close day procedures and prepare reports.
• Follow procedures to maintain balance of all house accounts, including running preliminary reconciliations
• Transmit credit card batches
• Complete daily night audit checklist
• Act as front desk agent during overnight shift, including: check in/out processes, answer phones, book guest reservations, and handle guest requests and answer any questions.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

• Hotel experience: 1 year (Preferred)
