About The Role They are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in embedded systems to lead multidisciplinary product development projects from concept through to completion. This is a client-facing role that requires a balance of technical understanding, strategic planning, and leadership, ensuring high-quality delivery of complex embedded solutions across multiple sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end embedded systems projects across varied industry domains
Define project scope, objectives, schedules, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client expectations
Coordinate hardware, software, and QA teams, balancing technical detail with commercial priorities
Identify and manage risks, monitor progress, and ensure timely, on-budget delivery
Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, providing clear communication and regular updates
Champion continuous improvement of project management processes and development methodologies
About You
Proven experience managing embedded systems product development projects (e.g., Embedded Linux, microcontrollers/processors, RTOS, hardware/software integration)
Background in consultancy or multi-project environments
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches
Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master) are advantageous
A proactive problem-solver with a strong interest in innovation and emerging technologies
