I’m working with a
fast-growing global FinTech
on an exciting hire for a
Senior Marketing Data Analyst . This is a
high-impact, hybrid role
that combines technical capability with marketing insight, providing the opportunity to work at the forefront of marketing analytics and data-driven decision-making. You’ll work alongside
junior analysts and marketing stakeholders , driving insights, optimising campaigns, and shaping the future of marketing analytics for the business. What You’ll Do
Analyse marketing campaign performance across digital channels, including SEO, brand, and acquisition campaigns. Lead
experimentation efforts , designing, executing, and interpreting A/B tests and other experiments. Build, maintain, and contribute to
data models, pipelines, and dashboards
using SQL, Python, dbt, and Git. Provide insights on
customer acquisition, LTV, engagement, retention, segmentation, and targeting strategies . Be a
point of contact for marketing data
and collaborate with stakeholders up to Director level. Support
junior analysts , enable the team with processes, and deliver quick wins while laying the foundation for long-term data maturity. Identify opportunities for
process improvement and automation
across marketing analytics. What We’re Looking For
Must-Have: Strong statistical knowledge and hands-on experience conducting meaningful experiments. Advanced SQL and Python skills. Experience with
DBT and Git
(contribution or partial ownership). Strong
problem-solving and critical thinking , with the ability to guide and mentor junior analysts. Curiosity, self-learning ability, and a
start-up mindset
(fast-paced, adaptable, high-impact). Experience with marketing analytics platforms (GA, Amplitude, Optimizely). Experience contributing to dbt PRs or modifying models. Commercial awareness and ability to translate analytics into business impact. Flexibility: Candidates with limited traditional marketing experience (e.g., MMM or attribution) are welcome if they bring
experimentation expertise, technical capability, and curiosity . Senior candidates with
~4–5 years’ experience
and strong commercial awareness are encouraged to apply. Culture & Ways of Working
