Location:
London (hybrid working).
Salary:
£40,000–£95,000 (dependent on commercial experience – 2–5+ years required).
Security Clearance:
Active SC or DV Clearance required
The Opportunity Areti are proud to be supporting a London-based consultancy that is continuing to grow its broader data capability across analytics, engineering, and data strategy. They partner with public and private sector organisations to deliver end-to-end data solutions that drive meaningful business outcomes.
They’re now looking to hire
three Business Analysts / Business Consultants , across multiple levels, to support a wide range of client engagements and transformation programmes.

How your day will look:
Engaging with stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges, and objectives.
Translating complex requirements into clear functional and non-functional specifications.
Supporting the delivery of data-led and digital transformation initiatives.
Mapping processes, identifying gaps, and recommending improvements.
Producing high-quality documentation including user stories, business cases, and process flows.
Working closely with data consultants, engineers, and delivery teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
Supporting change, adoption, and benefits realisation for clients.
Experience Required:
2+ years of commercial experience as a
Business Analyst, Consultant , or similar role.
Experience working within consulting,
digital, data, or transformation
environments.
Strong requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Experience working in
client-facing
roles across multiple projects.
Ability to translate business problems into structured, actionable requirements.
Exposure to data, analytics, or technology-driven programmes is highly desirable.
Active SC or DV Clearance is essential .
