General Laborer

Performs a variety of physical labor tasks under direct supervision to support daily operations. Tasks may include moving materials, operating equipment, and assisting with grounds or site maintenance.

• Perform general manual labor such as:

  • Lifting, carrying, and moving materials.

  • Loading and unloading vehicles.

  • Digging, refilling holes, and similar site work.

  • Groundskeeping (mowing, trimming, etc.).

  • Assisting with basic equipment operation.

• Support other workers in an assisting capacity.

• Complete additional duties and tasks as assigned.

• None.

Education & Experience

• Required: High School Diploma or GED; 0–4 years of relevant experience.

• Preferred: Associate's Degree or equivalent experience; 0–4 years of relevant experience.

Certificates & Licenses

• None required.

Skills & Abilities

• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team.

• Physical stamina and willingness to work outdoors in varying conditions.

• Occasional use of motor coordination and finger dexterity (e.g., equipment operation).

• Frequent physical effort handling objects under 30 lbs.

• Occasional exposure to occupational risks (cuts, burns, chemicals, etc.).

• Occasional exposure to dirt, odors, noise, and weather extremes.

• Work is primarily performed in an outdoor/manual labor environment.

• Experience: Prior experience in general labor, sanitation, construction, or warehouse work is helpful but not required.
• Skills:
  • Ability to follow verbal instructions and work independently or in a team.
  • Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks outdoors.
  • Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded.
     
• Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
