What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate:

- Open to training and learning with a positive attitude
- Enjoys being part of a supportive, family-oriented team
- Has 1–2 years of dental office experience (pediatric experience a plus)
- Friendly, flexible, and adaptable personality
- Communicates effectively with both children and adults
- Values building long-term relationships with patients, parents, and coworkers
- Enjoys helping children feel comfortable, safe, and cared for
- Spanish-speaking or bilingual skills are a plus
- Knowledge of Open Dental is a bonus

About the Role
Duties include (but are not limited to):
- Coronal polishing on primary teeth
- Placing preventative sealants
- Assisting the dentist during procedures
- Sterilizing instruments
- Setting up and breaking down rooms
- Taking radiographs
- Helping children feel safe and comfortable during treatment
- Explaining treatment plans to parents
- Entering treatment notes and charting in the computer
- Taking inventory of supplies
- General office housekeeping as needed
