Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm welcome and manage reservations and seating.
- Maintain an organized waitlist and ensure smooth guest flow.
- Answer phone calls, assist with to-go orders, and provide general guest information.
- Work closely with the FOH team to create a seamless dining experience.
- Keep the host stand and entryway clean and inviting.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask in a high-energy environment.
- Experience with reservations systems is a plus but not required.
- A positive attitude and a team-player mentality.
