Your Role:

• Sales-Driven Leadership: Promote and sell personal training services to new and existing members

• Marketing & Outreach: Engage potential clients through calls, texts, emails, social media, and Google marketing

• Client Engagement: Set fitness goals, provide consultations, and showcase the value of personal training

• Team Development: Recruit, hire, train, and mentor future managers

• Facility Support: Ensure a clean and safe club environment when needed
