What this job involves:

As a Project Manager specializing in Retail Construction Management at JLL, you will join our dynamic, cross-functional corporate real estate team supporting our financial institution client as part of our Project and Development Services team. You will be directly responsible for leading and delivering challenging projects with strong knowledge of construction projects from start to finish, enabling you to push the business forward through innovative and industry-changing ideas. This role focuses on the client experience by providing innovative solutions to conflicting priorities while contributing to project budgeting, scheduling, and overseeing strategy and execution through construction completion. You'll create strategic and collaborative solutions by seeing the big picture, acting decisively, and focusing on creating an energized and collaborative environment.

What your day-to-day will look like:
  • Lead and deliver challenging retail construction projects from start to finish while contributing to project budgeting and scheduling development
  • Oversee strategy and execution through completion of construction while providing innovative solutions to conflicting priorities
  • Contribute to establishment and refinement of work quality, cultural initiatives, and best practices to drive team results
  • Develop successful, diverse teams through inclusive and thoughtful communication means
  • Manage client and vendor relationships allowing for seamless conflict resolution,
