Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resource Manager to join our

US based Human Resources team. Based at our facility in Dartmouth Massachusetts

and working with your colleagues you will be responsible for managing employee

relations, talent acquisition, performance management, compliance, and workforce

development to ensure a productive and engaged workforce. The HR Manager will act

as a strategic partner to leadership, fostering a positive work environment and driving

continuous improvement in HR practices.

Key Responsibilities:

 Employee Relations & Engagement: Promote a positive work culture by

addressing employee concerns, conducting investigations, and resolving

conflicts in compliance with company policies and labor laws.

 Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process,

including job postings, interviews, hiring, and onboarding to ensure a seamless

transition for new employees.

 Performance Management: Oversee performance review processes, provide

guidance on goal setting, and support managers in developing employee

performance improvement plans.

 Compliance & Labor Law Adherence: Ensure compliance with federal,

state, and local employment laws, including OSHA, FMLA, ADA, EEO, and

wage and hour regulations.

 Compensation & Benefits: Collaborate with corporate HR and management

to administer competitive compensation and benefits programs.

 Training & Development: Implement training programs to enhance employee

skills, safety practices, and leadership development.

 HR Metrics & Reporting: Maintain accurate HR records, analyze workforce

data, and provide reports on turnover, absenteeism, and other key HR metrics.

 Policy Development & Implementation: Update and enforce HR policies and

procedures aligned with company goals and industry best practices.

 Workforce Planning: Collaborate with leadership to assess staffing needs,

develop succession plans, and drive talent retention strategies.

 Health & Safety Compliance: Work closely with safety teams to ensure

workplace safety programs are effectively implemented and maintained.

Qualifications & Experience:

 Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related

field (Master's degree preferred).

 10+ years of HR management experience in a manufacturing or industrial

setting.

 Strong knowledge of employment laws, labor relations, and HR best practices.

 Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

 Experience in handling employee relations matters with professionalism and

confidentiality.

 Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. ADP experience is a

plus.

 HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) is a plus.

Work Environment:

 Manufacturing facility setting with occasional exposure to production areas.

 May require occasional travel for training, recruitment, or corporate meetings.
