- Track and confirm store deliveries; proactively resolve issues such as shortages, damages, or misdeliveries.
- Ensure all delivery vans are maintained, clean, and compliant with company safety standards.
- Coordinate vehicle servicing, registration, and inspection schedules.
- Enforce all safety protocols, including the use of PPE, forklift certification, and compliance with OSHA and food safety regulations.

- Collaborate with senior leadership to forecast warehouse needs for new store openings and franchise growth.
- Assist with process improvement initiatives and technology integrations (e.g., WMS, delivery tracking, and reporting tools).
- Work well cross-functionally: must be a positive team player that seeks to collaborate across multiple functional areas in the organization and exhibit versatility, flexibility and a willingness to work with changing priorities and continuous improvement mindset
- Possess Professional Skills: Team-oriented, responsive, organized, with excellent customer-facing and communication abilities.
