Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Somerville, MA. This position will begin immediately and run through June 2026. The BCBA will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supervising Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs for individuals with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Provide direct and indirect supervision to RBTs/behavior technicians in accordance with BACB guidelines
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to evaluate client progress and adjust programs as needed
• Train and support caregivers, families, and staff on behavior strategies and treatment plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including educators, therapists, and other professionals
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, reports, and treatment records
• Ensure services are delivered in compliance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification (required) for state of MA.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Massachusetts
• Experience working with individuals with autism and/or developmental disabilities
• Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $ $53.38 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
