Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and communicate a clear
    product vision and strategy
    aligned with business goals and customer value
  • Lead
    product discovery, ideation, and market research
    to identify customer needs and translate them into actionable solutions
  • Own, maintain, and prioritize the
    product roadmap and backlog
    to support strategic objectives and value delivery
  • Translate business needs into well-defined
    product requirements
    , epics, and user stories
  • Partner with engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality product increments
  • Guide products through the
    entire product lifecycle
    , from concept through launch and ongoing optimization
  • Define, track, and report on
    key product success metrics
    , including cost, features, risk posture, reliability, and performance
  • Gather and incorporate customer feedback post-launch to enhance product experience and outcomes
  • Ensure products meet standards for
    scalability, resiliency, stability, and compliance
  • Operate effectively within
    Agile delivery models
    , supporting sprint planning, reviews, and backlog refinement

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience (or equivalent expertise) in
    Product Management
  • 5+ years of experience in
    banking or financial services
    across
    US, UK, or EMEA markets
  • Advanced understanding of the
    Product Development Lifecycle
    , including design and data analytics
  • Proven experience leading
    discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
  • Hands-on experience working within
    Agile development methodologies
  • Strong ability to influence, communicate, and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working in a
    highly matrixed, complex enterprise environment
  • Product Management experience within a
    large financial services organization
  • Payments or digital banking product experience is a strong plus
