Carpenter Helper

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Carpenter Helper to assist in the installation of interior and exterior trim, and other rough carpentry tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, common sense, at least 1 year experience with carpentry and a willingness to learn from experienced carpenters.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in measuring, cutting, and installing framing and trim
• Support carpenters with tools, materials, and job site preparation
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of carpentry tools and techniques
• Prior experience in carpentry or construction, working with hand/power tools required
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various conditions including Florida heat
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
