Teller

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional member service in all aspects of the role.
• Perform all functions related to branch operations and security.
• Assist members in person and by phone, accurately processing transactions and answering questions using current and factual information.
• Actively cross-sell NCFCU products and services to meet member needs.
• Maintain an accurate and balanced teller drawer at all times.
• Uphold member confidentiality and comply with all Credit Union policies and procedures.

Position Requirements:

• Cash-handling experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately with numbers.
• Commitment to providing quality member service and maintaining strict confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team member.
