We are actively seeking passionate and experienced Bartenders to cater to drink orders taken directly from our valued guests or ordered by our wait staff. As a Bartender, you'll craft a variety of drinks, from mixed cocktails to serving bottled or draft beer and pouring wine or other beverages. We're looking for individuals who possess a diverse knowledge of drink recipes and can mix accurately and swiftly, minimizing waste.
Responsibilities:
Welcome guests with a warm and inviting demeanor.
Efficiently serve drink orders with flair and precision.
Create delightful mixes, showcasing your expertise behind the bar.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring a top-notch experience.
Keep a watchful eye on the lobby, providing attentive service to guests enjoying the bar.
Engage and entertain guests during wait times, contributing to a vibrant atmosphere.
Handle cash and credit card transactions with professionalism.
Collect cash from employees, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.
Assist in the dessert-making station to enhance the dining experience.
Collaborate in weekly inventory tasks for efficient stock management.
Manage to-go orders with attention to detail and promptness.
Engage in cleaning and side work to uphold the highest standards.

Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum age of 18.
1 or more years of bartending experience.
Outgoing, friendly, and professional demeanor, creating a welcoming environment.
Punctual, self-motivated, and able to handle high-volume situations.
Well-groomed appearance, representing professionalism at all times.
Possession of Texas Food Handlers certification.
TABC certification.
