Job Description
Join a team working on a major client in the direct-to-consumer space. You will lead a team of seasoned professionals tasked with conceptualizing campaigns cross-platform (digital and traditional) to highlight a sophisticated product line through branded work. The role will allow you to be client-facing and assist with the nurturing and growth of our client relationship on the creative end.
Responsibilities
- Concept visual ideas and see them through production
- Lead in the creation of storyboarding, developing visual identities, key visuals and graphics
- Lead cross-channel work with a digital-first approach
- Support and lead the creative team in brainstorming sessions and concept creation
- Offers smart, thoughtful points of view on creative concepts
- Has a strong strategic sense-offering feedback and challenges to strengthen creative briefs as well as teams' work
- Pitch/ present to clients and lead creative reviews
- Work seamlessly with account, project management, media, production and strategy
- Stay current on the latest industry trends
- Maintains the highest quality on creative assets
- Completes self-reviews
- Conducts team reviews
- Be receptive to constructive feedback
- Be proactive in finding ways to support the team
- Oversee all creative efforts and works to find new ways to improve the process
- Takes initiative to connect the dots between teams for a stronger creative product
Qualifications
- 10+ years' of proven experience art directing for an advertising or marketing agency
- Experience managing creative teams
- Exceptional portfolio that demonstrates concept brand work
- Experience working with globally recognized premium brands
- Strong graphic design background is preferred
- Able to work effectively in a kind team environment that is entrepreneurial, collaborative, and creatively progressive
- Strong awareness and understanding of the digital landscape, including online campaigns, mobile experiences, and social media landscape
- Partner with strategists to develop briefs and insights
- Skills in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, Google Docs
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Digital Media Design, or Advertising/Portfolio school

Compensation Range: $154,000 - $177,000 a year. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
