About
We are looking for enthusiastic Warehouse Associates to become integral members of our team in Tampa, Florida. This role is hands-on and crucial to the smooth functioning of our warehouse operations. You will be involved in a variety of tasks, including receiving and stocking merchandise, picking and packing orders, preparing items for shipment, and maintaining a clean and organized facility. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment. Your contribution will directly impact our logistics and supply chain efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Prepare products for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse and work areas.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and stock checks.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Ensure the proper use of required PPE.
The ideal candidate will be a team player with good communication skills and a commitment to accuracy. This role involves significant physical activity, including standing for long periods, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior warehouse experience is a plus, as is familiarity with warehouse management systems. Safety is paramount; adherence to all safety regulations and the correct use of PPE are mandatory.
