About
We are looking for diligent Picker/Packers to join our state-of-the-art facility in Los Angeles, California. As a Picker/Packer, you will play a vital role in fulfilling customer orders accurately and efficiently. Your primary duties will include accurately picking items from warehouse shelves based on order lists and then carefully packing them for shipment. This role demands precision, speed, and a commitment to quality. You will utilize various scanning devices and warehouse equipment to ensure orders are picked correctly and packed securely, protecting goods during transit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from designated warehouse locations using order pick lists or scanning devices.
- Inspect picked items for damage or defects before packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring items are protected for shipping.
- Verify order accuracy against customer requirements.
- Operate packing machinery and equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and packing area.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, including the use of PPE.
The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and accurately. This role involves standing for extended periods, walking, and frequent lifting. Understanding the principles of logistics and warehouse management will be advantageous.
