Our Seattle, Washington facility is looking for dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our logistics team. As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a vital role in the efficient operation of our distribution center. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping goods. We are committed to maintaining a safe working environment and expect all employees to prioritize safety in every task they perform. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting. You will be working with various types of inventory and utilizing warehouse equipment. Understanding of warehouse procedures and a commitment to accuracy are essential. We provide comprehensive training on our processes and safety protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders accurately for shipment.
- Prepare goods for shipping, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and participate in cycle counting.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
- Assist with other warehouse operations and tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Commitment to promoting and maintaining a safe work environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
