We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Coordinator to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all processes. Your duties will include managing staff schedules, coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, optimizing warehouse layout, and maintaining inventory accuracy. You will also play a key part in ensuring a safe working environment for all employees. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of warehouse management systems and supply chain logistics . Experience with process improvement and problem-solving is highly valued. This position requires adherence to strict safety protocols, including the proper use of PPE and ensuring all staff comply. While primarily a supervisory role, there may be occasions requiring manual intervention, including moderate Lifting .
