Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Receive incoming inventory, verify quantities, and store items appropriately.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially regarding safety and security.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as required.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and ensure timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Commitment to workplace safety and ability to follow safety protocols, including the proper use of PPE.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
