Key Responsibilities:

  • Stock shelves and maintain organization within the warehouse.
  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
  • Prepare shipments for outgoing delivery, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
  • Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory management.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
  • Ability to perform manual tasks, including frequent lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong understanding of safety protocols and willingness to wear required PPE.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
