Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order specifications.
- Verify picked items against order tickets for accuracy.
- Pack items securely using appropriate packaging materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Label packages correctly for shipping via various carriers.
- Use scanning devices to update inventory and track order progress.
- Maintain productivity and accuracy targets.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all **safety** protocols and **PPE** requirements.
- Assist with receiving and put-away tasks as needed.
- Support overall **logistics** flow and team objectives.
- Practice safe **lifting** techniques when handling products and boxes.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a warehouse environment is advantageous.
- Ability to read and understand order forms and item descriptions.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Capability of **lifting** up to 40 lbs regularly.
- Understanding and adherence to warehouse **safety** regulations and **PPE** usage.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Basic knowledge of **logistics** or warehouse operations is a plus.
