Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of debris.
- Assist with inventory counts and record keeping.
- Adhere to all **Safety** procedures, including the mandatory use of **PPE**.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Participate in **Lifting** and moving of products as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or manual labor experience is beneficial.
- Ability to stand, walk, and be active for extended periods.
- Capability for **Lifting** and carrying items up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of basic **logistics** principles and warehouse operations.
- Strong commitment to workplace **Safety**.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Willingness to perform various warehouse tasks as assigned.
