Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and order pickers.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper counting and recording procedures.
- Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and use necessary PPE.
- Load outbound shipments onto delivery vehicles.
- Contribute to overall team productivity and efficiency goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center is advantageous.
- Ability to perform regular lifting (up to 50 lbs) and engage in physically demanding tasks.
- Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics procedures.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Commitment to workplace safety and following instructions.
