You will be responsible for accurately receiving, inspecting, and documenting all incoming shipments. Key duties include verifying packing slips against purchase orders, checking for damages, and directing received goods to their appropriate staging or storage areas. You will be working closely with our logistics and inventory teams to ensure a smooth flow of materials. A strong commitment to workplace safety is expected, including adherence to all safety protocols and the use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). While the role primarily involves documentation and coordination, some lifting and movement of packages may be required. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and log all incoming shipments.
- Verify delivery contents against purchase orders and packing slips.

- Maintain a clean and organized receiving area.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.
- Communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in receiving, warehouse, or logistics roles is preferred.
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and data entry.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs occasionally.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and willingness to use PPE.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
