Key responsibilities include processing incoming shipments, accurately picking and packing orders, and preparing them for delivery. You will play a vital role in maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring a clean, safe, and organized work environment. A strong emphasis is placed on safety; all associates must follow established procedures and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods.
- Pick and pack orders with high accuracy.
- Process outgoing shipments and ensure proper documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, as trained.
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory management.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.
- Adhere to all company safety regulations and utilize PPE.
- Perform duties requiring frequent lifting and physical exertion.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is beneficial.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Must be able to handle lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong commitment to safety practices and proper use of PPE.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work different shifts as required.
