- Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick products for customer orders.
- Pack orders securely for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch and load onto trucks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with discrepancy resolution.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and utilize required PPE.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) as needed.
- Contribute to team goals and maintain a high level of productivity.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Willingness to follow safety guidelines and wear PPE.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Reliable and punctual work ethic.
