We are looking for a motivated Distribution Center Associate to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts! You will engage in a variety of tasks, including receiving shipments, stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing goods for dispatch. Accuracy, efficiency, and a strong commitment to Safety are key. We mandate the use of appropriate PPE for all roles within the distribution center, including safety footwear and eye protection. The position involves significant physical activity, including frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs, and requires good stamina. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise.
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment.
- Operate material handling equipment safely.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper storage and handling.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Follow all Safety protocols and wear required PPE.
- Assist with shipping and receiving duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse setting preferred.
- Ability to perform repetitive Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of logistics and inventory management principles.
- Dedication to Safety and proper use of PPE.
