About
We are hiring a Picker/Packer for our facility in Washington, D.C. This role is integral to our logistics operations, focusing on the accurate and efficient assembly and preparation of customer orders for shipment. As a Picker/Packer, you will be responsible for accurately locating items in the warehouse using order sheets or scanning devices, picking the correct quantities, and carefully packaging them for safe transit. Attention to detail is crucial to ensure order accuracy and minimize returns. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area and adhering to all warehouse safety protocols. This position involves significant physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting. Compliance with all safety regulations, including the mandatory use of appropriate PPE and adherence to safe lifting procedures, is paramount to prevent workplace injuries.
