We are searching for a dynamic Warehouse Coordinator to oversee operations at our facility in Denver, Colorado. This pivotal role involves managing the day-to-day activities of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining high standards of safety and productivity. You will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods, managing inventory levels, and optimizing warehouse layout and processes. As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will lead and motivate a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to all company policies and procedures, especially regarding safety and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position requires strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of warehouse logistics. You will work closely with other departments, including procurement and shipping, to ensure a seamless supply chain. Experience with inventory management systems and a proven ability to improve operational efficiency are highly desirable. The role involves significant responsibility for the organization and flow of materials, often requiring hands-on involvement and lifting of items. - Supervising warehouse staff and operations
