Join our growing team as a Warehouse Worker in San Antonio, Texas! We are looking for dependable individuals to contribute to the efficient operation of our distribution center. This role encompasses a wide range of essential warehouse duties, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and preparing goods for shipment. You will be an integral part of our logistics process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in every task. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload shipments, verifying contents against order documentation.
- Sort, organize, and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick items from shelves to fulfill customer orders.
- Pack orders securely and safely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks.
- Assist with inventory counts and maintaining stock accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment as trained, including pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all company safety policies.
- Wear appropriate PPE at all times when required.
- Support the overall logistics of the warehouse by performing other assigned duties.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for long periods, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Commitment to workplace safety and following instructions.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Must be able to work in a dynamic warehouse environment.
