About
We are seeking motivated and reliable Warehouse Associates to join our dynamic logistics team in Las Vegas, Nevada. In this role, you will be instrumental in the smooth operation of our distribution center, handling a variety of tasks to ensure efficient inventory management and timely order fulfillment. Your dedication to accuracy and a strong work ethic will be key to success. You will be responsible for receiving, processing, and moving incoming stock and materials, as well as picking and filling orders from stock. Maintaining a clean and organized work environment is crucial for safety and productivity.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming materials and compare information against invoices or other documents.
- Inspect products for damages or defects and report any issues.
- Stock inventory in designated areas, ensuring proper rotation and placement.
- Pick orders accurately and efficiently based on customer requirements.
- Pack orders securely for shipment, ensuring all items are accounted for.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts, as needed.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Participate in inventory counts and stocktaking activities.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and ensure smooth workflow.
- Adhere to all company procedures regarding lifting and material handling.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is an advantage.
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of PPE.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including some weekends if required.
