About
The Data Manager is responsible for overseeing all data management and reporting functions for the HEART (Helping Every Area of Relationships Thrive) Family Strengthening Program. This role ensures the timely and accurate entry, tracking, and analysis of performance data using the federally required nFORM Management Information System (MIS), while maintaining compliance with data privacy and confidentiality standards. The Data Manager works closely with program staff, evaluators, and leadership to generate reports, support evaluation, and guide continuous quality improvement.
*Responsibilities*
* Manage all aspects of data collection and entry into the nFORM MIS, including participant enrollment, attendance, assessments, service delivery, and outcome tracking.
* Ensure data integrity by conducting regular audits, verifying accuracy, and resolving inconsistencies across program files and systems.
* Train and support program staff in using nFORM and related tools for accurate, consistent data entry and reporting.
* Collaborate with the Project Director and external evaluator to generate reports for federal reporting, internal monitoring, and quarterly performance reviews.
* Prepare and submit semiannual performance progress reports (PPRs) and ensure compliance with all data submission timelines and guidelines.
* Safeguard personally identifiable information (PII) and sensitive participant data by applying rigorous data privacy standards and security protocols.
* Coordinate with IT support and/or ACF on system issues, updates, or troubleshooting as needed.
* Develop dashboards or summary tools to help program staff visualize progress and performance metrics.
* Contribute to continuous quality improvement by analyzing data trends, identifying areas for improvement, and participating in evaluation planning meetings.
* Support documentation and archiving processes at project closeout to ensure proper data disposition
*Qualifications*
* Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, public health, social science, or a related field required; Master’s preferred
* Minimum of 3 years of experience managing program data and reporting, preferably with federally funded programs.
* Proficiency in data systems, performance measurement tools, and reporting platforms; experience with nFORM strongly preferred.
Pay: $44,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year
