Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 annually
Job Summary
We are hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to lead the clinical delivery of ABA services in a center-based setting. In this role, you will be responsible for designing individualized treatment plans, conducting behavioral assessments, and supervising a team of behavior technicians. The position is structured around providing focused, high-quality care to clients within a supportive weekday schedule.
Responsibilities
- Create and oversee ABA treatment plans tailored to individual client needs
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Monitor data collection and adjust treatment strategies as necessary
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
- Ensure compliance with all clinical, ethical, and documentation standards
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification (in good standing)
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
- Prior experience in clinical supervision and ABA treatment development
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
