This role is central to our operations, involving the accurate and efficient processing of customer orders, from receiving to shipping. You will be instrumental in ensuring our products reach their destinations promptly and in perfect condition. Your responsibilities will include picking, packing, sorting, and staging orders. You will utilize various warehouse equipment and systems to streamline the fulfillment process. A strong emphasis is placed on maintaining inventory accuracy and upholding our high standards for quality and service. We require all associates to be vigilant about safety, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adherence to all safety guidelines. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and store incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and efficiency.
- Sort and stage outgoing shipments according to carrier and destination.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and effectively.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report any discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all established safety procedures and protocols, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals.
- Identify and resolve any issues related to order fulfillment or inventory.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is beneficial.
- Ability to handle frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Understanding of logistics and supply chain principles.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and accident prevention.
- Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
- Effective communication skills.
