Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Fulfillment Associate for our Boston, Massachusetts location. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing customer orders, from picking items to final packing and shipment. This role is essential for ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. You will be working with a variety of products, utilizing warehouse equipment, and contributing to the smooth operation of our logistics network. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick items from inventory based on order specifications.
  • Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product integrity.
  • Perform quality checks to verify order accuracy.
  • Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and documentation.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Adhere to all company Safety policies and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Assist with inventory management and cycle counts as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a fulfillment center or warehouse environment is beneficial.
  • Ability to interpret order forms and locate items accurately.
  • Physical ability to handle frequent Lifting and stand for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Understanding of basic logistics processes.
  • Reliable, punctual, and dedicated to workplace Safety.
