Responsibilities:
- Retrieve items from warehouse shelves according to order specifications.
- Package products carefully to prevent damage during transit.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy.
- Label and prepare packages for shipment.
- Maintain an organized and tidy workstation.
- Follow all safety guidelines and use provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in inventory management tasks as directed.
- Contribute to team efforts to meet performance targets.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in picking and packing or a similar warehouse role is beneficial.
- Ability to interpret order documents and item locations.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Must be able to handle moderate to heavy Lifting.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all protocols.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume setting.
- Team player mentality with good communication skills.
