Join our dynamic distribution center in Baltimore, Maryland, as a Distribution Center Associate and play a crucial role in our logistics chain. This position is hands-on and essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our facility. You will be responsible for a range of duties including receiving and inspecting incoming inventory, accurately picking and packing orders, and preparing them for shipment to customers. Maintaining the integrity of our inventory through meticulous record-keeping and proper stock rotation is vital. A strong emphasis is placed on workplace safety, and all associates are required to follow strict safety protocols, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This role requires physical stamina, including regular lifting and moving of goods, potentially up to 50 pounds. Experience with warehouse equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks is a definite asset.
