Become a key player in our e-commerce logistics as a Picker/Packer in Phoenix, Arizona. We are looking for dedicated individuals who excel in accuracy and efficiency to join our busy fulfillment center. Your primary responsibility will be to accurately select items from our inventory to fulfill customer orders and then carefully package these items for safe transit. Success in this role requires meticulous attention to detail, the ability to work quickly and precisely, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety. You will be an integral part of our logistics process, ensuring that our customers receive their orders correctly and on time. Safety is our top priority, and all employees are expected to strictly follow safety guidelines, including the mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE), to ensure a secure working environment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order lists.
- Verify picked items against order details for accuracy.
- Package products securely and appropriately for shipment.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare orders for courier pickup.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area.
- Assist with inventory tasks such as cycle counts.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Contribute to the team's efficiency and productivity goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a picker/packer or in a similar warehouse role is beneficial.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift items up to 40 lbs regularly.
- Familiarity with logistics and fulfillment processes.
- Dedication to workplace safety and correct PPE usage.
