Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inventory counts and cycle counts with high accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain organized and accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Assist with receiving and put-away of incoming inventory.
- Monitor stock levels and report any low stock or overstock situations.
- Ensure the proper labeling and identification of all inventory items.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Support warehouse operations with inventory-related tasks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in inventory control or warehouse operations is preferred.
- Proficiency with inventory management software or WMS.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to perform tasks that may involve moderate lifting (up to 30 lbs).
- Understanding of logistics and supply chain best practices.
- Must be reliable and able to work independently.
