Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order lists.
- Package products with care, ensuring they are protected during transit.
- Verify order accuracy before dispatching.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and scanners.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the fulfillment area.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and use required PPE.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Contribute to team efforts to meet and exceed fulfillment targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment role is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Comfortable performing tasks that involve frequent lifting (up to 40 lbs).
- Understanding of logistics and supply chain principles is beneficial.
- Willingness to follow safety guidelines and wear provided PPE.
