You will be responsible for ensuring that customer orders are picked correctly, packed efficiently, and ready for dispatch. We are looking for detail-oriented individuals with a strong work ethic who can thrive in a fast-paced logistics setting. Key responsibilities include navigating the warehouse to locate products, inspecting items, and packing them securely while adhering to company standards. - Accurately pick items from warehouse locations based on order tickets.
- Inspect picked items for any defects or damage.
- Pack orders using appropriate materials to ensure safe transit.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for courier pickup.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and surrounding areas.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, such as cycle counts.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and warehouse protocols.
- Wear and maintain required PPE throughout the shift.
- Meet established productivity and accuracy goals.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Previous experience in a picking, packing, or warehouse role is advantageous.
- Ability to read and interpret order forms and product labels.
- Capability for lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of basic logistics and warehouse operations.
- Commitment to workplace safety and correct use of PPE.
- Good manual dexterity and ability to work efficiently.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
