We are seeking a diligent Material Handler for our Seattle, Washington facility. You will be responsible for receiving, transporting, storing, and dispatching materials, ensuring efficiency and accuracy throughout the logistics process. The ideal candidate will have experience with material handling equipment, a strong understanding of warehouse operations, and a commitment to safety.   • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Load and unload materials from trucks, containers, and other transport vehicles.
  • Transport materials to and from designated storage areas within the warehouse.
  • Organize and stack materials to optimize space utilization and ensure accessibility.
  • Assist with receiving, inventory counts, and order picking processes.
  • Inspect equipment regularly for proper functioning and report any issues.
  • Adhere to all warehouse safety procedures and guidelines.
  • Wear and maintain required PPE at all times.
  • Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Material Handler or in a similar warehouse role.
  • Experience operating various types of forklifts and pallet jacks.
  • Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and logistics operations.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting, up to 60 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and correct use of PPE.
  • Good physical stamina and ability to stand/walk for extended periods.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
