Job Summary:
Join our dedicated team as a Picker/Packer in Columbus, Ohio. This role is fundamental to our warehouse operations, focusing on accurately and efficiently fulfilling customer orders. You will be responsible for picking items from inventory based on order sheets, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Following the picking process, you will expertly pack items into appropriate containers, ensuring they are secure for transit. Attention to detail and a commitment to Safety are critical in this fast-paced environment. You will adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, and wear all required PPE. This position requires the ability to perform regular Lifting, often involving moderate to heavy items, and to do so safely and efficiently. You will work collaboratively with other team members to meet daily order fulfillment targets and maintain high standards of productivity. A good understanding of our warehouse layout and inventory management system is beneficial. We are looking for reliable, motivated individuals who are eager to contribute to our logistics success. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves according to order lists.
  • Inspect items for damage before packing.
  • Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
  • Label packages correctly with shipping information.
  • Maintain an organized and clean workstation.
  • Adhere to all company Safety regulations and utilize provided PPE.
  • Perform Lifting tasks safely and assist with moving inventory.
  • Contribute to team goals and overall warehouse efficiency.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in picking, packing, or order fulfillment preferred.
  • Ability to perform consistent Lifting.
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Commitment to Safety and adherence to protocols.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
