About
We are looking for dynamic Distribution Center Associates to join our expanding operations in Phoenix, Arizona. In this essential role, you will contribute to the efficient processing of goods through our facility. Responsibilities include receiving and stocking merchandise, accurately picking and packing orders, and preparing items for shipment. Your role is fundamental to our logistics chain, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to our customers. A focus on safety, teamwork, and productivity is vital.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming inventory against purchase orders.
- Sort, organize, and stock received goods in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently to ensure product safety during transit.
- Stage outgoing shipments for loading onto delivery vehicles.
- Perform regular inventory counts and assist in maintaining stock accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment according to established procedures.
- Adhere to all company safety regulations, including the mandatory use of appropriate PPE.
- Support the overall logistics process by assisting with other warehouse duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or logistics role is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with RF scanning technology and basic computer skills.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety standards and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
- Flexibility to work various shifts or overtime as operational needs dictate.
